Wedding Frame

This is a frame I taught at Crop Crazy in Edson last month. It is made using the Kaiser Kraft flourish frames (the 3 frames come as a set), their papers and coordinating embellishments. The project is so simple to do, it does take a bit of time to cut out the papers though. I decide which way I want the papers to go, adhere them to the frames, cut them out with a craft knife and then sanded the edges to create a white border- be very careful if you try this as the flourish bits break off quite easily when you're doing the sanding. I then add flowers and gems, tied the frame together and hang it with tulle. Check out the classroom to see another set created using a different color scheme.

Kits for Sale

I am back from Edson and it was super super fabulous!!! I'll fill you in and share some pictures tomorrow! Today is all about my latest venture and my two wonderful winners!

I am now selling kits for some of the projects that I will be creating. I shared this information with my classes in Edson and the response was overwhelming and Oh So Wonderful!!! Infact I presold all the kits I had made to put up today but with a whole lot of excitement behind me I went straight to my scrapbook room and started making more.

Books are sold on a first come first served basis pending the receipt of payment.

Payment is made through a PayPal email money request.
How this works:
1. You select the Email Me link and let me know you want a kit
2. I send you a confirmation email and a money request from PayPal
3. You send money to my account via PayPal (you will need a PayPal account)
4. I receive confirmation that money has been received
5. I drop your package in the mail
6. You receive the package in the mail and then you cheer:-)

In the event that the kits sell out and you have requested one before I have posted SOLD OUT I will go out of my way to assemble one for you.

The first kit is designed for Father's Day and is a 4x6 acrylic book. The album cover features the chipboard shape- Father from Riff Raff's June release. I was so excited to use it and so grateful that they let me "pre-release" it before June rolled around! A huge thank you to Kara & Ben!

This book has 17 pages (including the front & back covers) and can hold 12 pictures. Supplies used, tools required, instructions and photos are included in the kits. Quantities are limited.

Let's get started:

Happy Birthday Delite Designs!!!

Sometimes I can't believe how fast a year can go by! Delite Designs was an idea I had to share some creativity & inspiration. I have had so much support by some very fabulous people! So thank you, thank you! Sometimes I think I'm going to stop the blog & then I get an email from someone reminding me why I do this, so extra big thanks to those ladies! This past year I didn't do a few things I had wanted to but in their place came other things that I did instead, because of the blog I have met and have scrapbooked for some new and awesome clients! I got to teach and have had offers to teach in new stores... which is very exciting(I promise I will make it there soon). For all of these things I am so grateful. Your support means more to me than you can even understand!

What do I love about birthdays? Presents! Hee Hee. So in celebration of this birthday I am doing 2 draws for some very fun goodies! All you have to do is Email Me. It doesn't get much easier than that! Draw ends May 3 @ Midnight (MST, Good Luck!

Because I love to keep you coming back... here's a sneak peak at something I am very excited to show you on Monday! I'll give you three clues: Father's Day, 4x6, kits.

See you Monday, I'm off to Edson! To all of you not coming to Edson to hang out with me- have a fabulous National Scrapbooking Day!

Happy Easter

I made up this garland just in time to send off to my Mom for Easter. I used the Easter chipboard shapes from Making Memories. I just recently bought them at The Urban Scrapbook but I do think they were old product. Keep in mind that most local scrapbook stores have die cut machines that have all sorts of shapes that you could use in place of these and they have them for most occasions.

Getting back into the Groove

My brace is off and I am starting to get back at it. I just wanted to share a couple things I did for my girlfriends baby shower: the invite and a name banner.

Disappointed

It is with a great deal of sadness and frustration that I type this post. I’ll make it short, it was recently confirmed that I have a nasty case of tendonitis. Unfortunately scrap booking is high on the list of things I’m not suppose to be doing, the mere action of using a trimmer is too much strain. For now this part of my world is put on hold. Thank you to everyone who always supports me and my projects. See you soon friends!
